Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your EdHills account and all associated data directly from within the app in seconds.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use EdHills again.

How to delete your account

Follow these steps inside the EdHills app on your device.

Open the EdHills app

Launch the EdHills app on your Android device and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile

Tap the Profile icon on the bottom navigation bar to open your account screen.

Open Account Settings

Scroll down and tap Account Settings to access your account management options.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account button. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm deletion

Tap Confirm in the dialog. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Profile & personal info
Email & phone number
All test results & scores
Subject performance history
Enrolled courses
Purchased test series
Notifications
Profile photo / avatar
FCM device token
All account activity
Deletion is immediate. All data listed above is permanently removed from our database the moment you confirm deletion in the app. No retention period applies. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data may be retained for up to 14 months per Google's standard policy.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to log in and want your account deleted, contact us directly and we'll process the deletion manually within 7 business days.
