01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EdHills website (edhills.in), the EdHills mobile application, or any related services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

02 Definitions

• "EdHills," "we," "us," "our" refers to the EdHills platform and its operating team.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual or institution accessing the Platform, including students, parents, schools, and coaching institutes.
• "Services" means test series, mock tests, live classes, recorded lectures, study material, the Mentis AI test mentor, performance analytics, and any other feature offered on the Platform.
• "Order" / "Purchase" means any paid course, batch, subscription, or add-on bought through the Platform.

03 Eligibility & Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account, including for OTP-based verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. EdHills is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Our Services

EdHills offers test series and preparatory content for JEE, NEET, CBSE Boards, and other exams, along with the Mentis AI test mentor, performance analytics, live and recorded classes, study notes, and a school/coaching institute management suite. Free features are offered on an as-is basis and may change, and paid features (courses, batches, test series) are described on their respective course or enrollment pages at the time of purchase.

05 Payment Terms

All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; EdHills does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on its own servers.

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment to unlock a paid course, batch, or test series, unless an installment or institutional plan is explicitly agreed in writing.
• Access to paid content is granted only after your payment is successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.
• Prices are subject to change for future purchases at any time; a change in price will not affect a course you have already purchased.
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct and that your account has sufficient balance/limit before initiating a transaction.

06 Cancellation & Refund Policy

This no-refund, no-cancellation policy applies to all courses, batches, test series, and add-on purchases across the website and app.

Failed or duplicate transactions

If money was debited from your account due to a technical error but access to the corresponding course was not granted, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, write to support@edhills.in with your payment reference/transaction ID. Such cases will be verified with the payment gateway and resolved on merit — this is the only scenario in which an amount may be reversed.

07 Access & Usage

Purchased courses, test series, and study material are for your personal, non-commercial use only and are licensed, not sold, to you for the validity period stated on the course page. Downloaded notes and offline content may not be resold, redistributed, or shared outside your account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, video lectures, study notes, the EdHills and Mentis branding, and the underlying software — is the intellectual property of EdHills or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law. No part of it may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

09 User Conduct

• Do not share your account, login OTP, or paid content with anyone else.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's systems, including test integrity or the Mentis AI mentor.
• Do not upload or share any unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through the Platform.

Violation of the above may lead to suspension or termination of your account without a refund of any amount already paid.

10 Limitation of Liability

EdHills strives for accuracy in its test content and AI-driven analytics but does not guarantee any specific exam rank, score, or outcome. EdHills's total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

EdHills may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if these Terms are violated, without any obligation to refund amounts already paid. You may stop using the Platform, or request account deletion, at any time via the app or the Delete Account page.

12 Changes to These Terms

EdHills may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its Services or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
